Account information

Account details such as name, email address, payment status, and support correspondence are used to administer subscriptions, respond to customer requests, and maintain billing records.

VPN activity

The existing public policy states that browsing history, traffic destination, data content, DNS queries, source IP addresses, outgoing VPN IP addresses, connection timestamps, and session durations are not retained as customer activity logs.

Payments and support

Payment providers may process billing details under their own policies. Support conversations and feedback are retained so the team can respond to account, technical, and service questions.
