Refund Policy

30-day guarantee for eligible new customers

The current public terms include a 30-day money back guarantee for eligible new customers who cancel within thirty days of the initial purchase. Dedicated IP services and other excluded items remain outside that guarantee.

Renewals are excluded

Subscription renewals are not refunded after a renewal payment has been processed. Customers should review and cancel subscriptions before the renewal date if they do not want the service to continue.

Cancellation path

SpiderVPN subscriptions continue until cancelled by the customer. Cancellation and refund requests should be made through your SpiderVPN account or the support desk before the next renewal date.

Provider-specific refunds

Payment providers may require their own refund handling. Crypto refunds can depend on the settlement asset and exchange-rate rules described in the current public terms.
