Terms of Service
These terms cover use of SpiderVPN services, account responsibilities, acceptable use, billing, cancellations, refunds, and router warranty expectations.
Acceptable use
Customers are responsible for using SpiderVPN lawfully and for keeping account credentials secure. Abuse, spam, attacks, prohibited content, and infringement remain outside permitted use.
Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing term. The current public terms include a 30-day money back guarantee for eligible new customers and exclude renewal refunds.
Router warranty
The existing public terms state that Lite and Pro routers include a 12-month warranty. Final warranty wording must remain aligned with support and fulfillment policy before cutover.
